Revolution Contractors work in Clearwater

Clearwater

Pinellas County's second-largest city, with a mix of waterfront condos near the beach and mid-century ranch homes inland. Permit authority is the City of Clearwater Building Department. Revolution crews make the 25-minute run from St. Pete HQ regularly.

Explore Clearwater

Clearwater

  • Housing ranges from 1960s ranch homes inland to Gulf-front high-rise condos

Revolution Contractors work in Largo

Largo

The county's population hub, dominated by mid-century ranch homes built in the 1950s–1970s. Unincorporated areas use Pinellas County permitting rather than city permitting — an important distinction for project timelines.

Explore Largo

Largo

  • Incorporated vs. unincorporated parcels determine permit office — City of Largo or Pinellas County Building Dept
  • Mid-century ranch homes frequently have 60-year-old cast iron plumbing and outdated electrical panels
  • Revolution camera-scopes plumbing before pricing to estimate actual conditions, not assumptions
Revolution Contractors work in Pinellas Park

Pinellas Park

Suburban mid-century with a growing renovation market as homeowners update homes that haven't been touched since the 1960s. Mix of city and county permitting authority depending on the parcel.

Explore Pinellas Park

Pinellas Park

  • Same incorporated/unincorporated split as Largo — knowing which department to call saves weeks
  • Original 1960s homes commonly have aluminum wiring requiring professional remediation
  • Pre-construction scoping ensures estimates reflect actual scope, not best-case guesses

Revolution Contractors work in Dunedin

Dunedin

A walkable downtown with genuine historic character, surrounded by Craftsman bungalows and older homes that attract buyers who then want to renovate. Active historic preservation community. City of Dunedin permitting.

Explore Dunedin

  • Preservation board reviews exterior changes before standard permits are filed

Revolution Contractors work in Safety Harbor

Safety Harbor

Small-town feel on Old Tampa Bay, with a mix of older waterfront homes and newer inland construction. City of Safety Harbor permitting.

  • Revolution knows the Safety Harbor permitting cadence to move projects without avoidable delays

Revolution Contractors work in Gulfport

Gulfport

Artsy waterfront community on Boca Ciega Bay, with older bungalow stock and a tight-knit homeowner community. City of Gulfport permitting. One of the few cities in Pinellas with a distinct local character that affects project expectations.

Explore Gulfport

Gulfport

  • Some of the oldest housing stock in Pinellas — bungalows from the 1940s and '50s
  • City of Gulfport is a small, independent permitting authority with its own cadence
  • Homeowners here value how renovations read from the street and fit neighborhood character
Revolution Contractors work in Tarpon Springs

Tarpon Springs

Historic Greek community in northern Pinellas, with older home stock and genuine neighborhood character. Further from St. Pete HQ (~40 min) but within Revolution's service range for the right project.

Explore Tarpon Springs

Tarpon Springs

  • ~40 minutes from St. Pete HQ — furthest point in Revolution's regular service area
  • Best suited for larger whole-home renovations or historically significant properties
  • Older stock means more unknowns: original plumbing, knob-and-tube wiring, structural surprises

Revolution Contractors work in Palm Harbor

Unincorporated Pinellas County, meaning Pinellas County Building Department handles all permits — not a city. Mix of mid-century and newer construction. Growing renovation demand as older homes age into full remodel territory.

THE REVOLUTION DIFFERENCE

SAME CREWS. EVERY CITY.

20+ W-2 CARPENTERS

Not a paper GC who sends different subs to every zip code. Revolution's crew works your Largo ranch the same way they work an Old Northeast bungalow.

NO TRAVEL MARKUP

Pinellas County is our territory — not overflow. No surcharge for Clearwater, Dunedin, or anywhere else in the county.

WEEKLY BUDGET REPORTS

T&M billing with full visibility. You see every hour and every dollar, whether you're in Gulfport or Palm Harbor.

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

Same coverage everywhere. Revolution doesn't offer a lesser version of itself outside St. Pete.

Why In-House Crews Matter Where You Live

Revolution doesn't use subcontractors as a default. We carry 20+ W-2 carpenters on payroll — people who work together every day, on every project. When you hire Revolution in Clearwater or Dunedin, the same crew that built kitchens in Old Northeast shows up at your door.

Pinellas County is Revolution's business, not a secondary market. We're not a St. Pete company that "also does" Largo when things are slow. Our estimators know the Clearwater Building Department. Our project managers know which Gulfport neighborhoods have aging infrastructure that affects rough-in work.

Same T&M billing with weekly budget reports. Same estimating process. Same one-year warranty on workmanship. No travel surcharge because Pinellas County is where we work — not a place we occasionally visit.
