Kitchen Remodel
Kitchen budgets swing wildly based on cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Entry-level means solid materials and smart layout. Luxury means top-tier appliances alone can run $30,000–$50,000. These prices typically include cabinets, counters, fixtures, paint, tile, and appliances.
Bathroom Remodel
Bathroom costs are driven by tile and fixtures. Larger bathrooms with more tile — especially higher quality or custom patterns — push the price up. Fancier fixtures can also require upgraded plumbing supplies and drains.
Full Home Remodel
Too many factors to pin down exactly, but a good starting point: figure out which high-value rooms — kitchens, baths — need work and start with those broad strokes. The per-square-foot range depends on finish level and scope.
Home Additions
Adding onto a home and making the new space look like it was always there takes real skill. It's not cheap, but it significantly adds to the value of your home. Second floors cost more — structural engineering, additional load requirements, and more complex builds.
Condo Remodel
Condo projects run similar to house remodels per square foot, minus roof and foundation work. But condos come with higher complication — restricted access, shortened work hours, HOA coordination, extra protection for hallways and elevators. Expect 15–25% higher than single-family costs.
New Custom Home
Flood zone proximity, building height, and finish level all drive new construction costs. We work with your architect or one of our partners to make sure budget stays front and center during initial design of your home.
