LEARN ABOUT REVOLUTION PROCESS

Initial Consultation

Let's get to know each other. We'll talk about your vision and how we can work together. We'll also get you some initial pricing to make sure we're in the same ballpark

Pre-Construction

This is where we fill in some details and start to bring the project into focus. Depending on how fleshed out your project design is this phase might be longer than construction!

Warranty Period

We'll follow up and make sure everything performs like it's supposed to!

The Vision

We love talking about projects! What moves you? Is it more functional layout, more room for family, or just modernizing and freshening an dated space? We'll also share with you our process for guiding you through a successful remodeling or custom home project as well as discussing what a successful project would look and feel like.

Ballpark

Do your wishes and expectations match the likely realistic costs of such a project? We will walk you through our initial thoughts as we take some measurements and videos, so that we can furnish you with a broad-stroke estimate for initial decision-making

Feasibility

If it seems like we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll move to the next step which includes signing Pre-Construction Agreement and getting down to brass tacks.

Pre-Construction

Pre-Construction Agreement

Depending on the scope and details of your project we will typically sign a pre-construction agreement to lay out our road map that we will use to get us to the starting line.

Design

Whether you have your own designs already drawn and stamped or are starting from square one we can help guide you to the starting line.

Sharpen the Pencil

To refine our estimate as accurately as possible we need to hone in on what sub-contractors we will use once we know what they will be doing. We will also get as much of the selections process out of the way as possible. The more decision-making we do in this stage the fewer surprises we will have during construction.

Construction Contract

This is the larger, more formal contract that sets the terms for our soon-to-be successful project.

Permitting

We will walk the application through the appropriate building department, as well as any involved HOA's. We will also shepherd any needed paperwork through for FEMA projects, impact fees, utility applications, etc.

Ordering and Mobilization

At this point we have gotten a small deposit to begin buying materials, especially longer lead-time items like windows and doors. We will begin ordering materials as soon as we have active permits

Construction

Construction Contract

We will push as hard as we can to achieve success based on the metrics that we laid out together when we first met months ago! We will bring to bear all our assets and expertise to make you into a raving 5-star fan!

Warranty Period

Warranty

Your project should be a place you’re proud of for years to come. Our proactive two-year warranty program ensures you’re happy with all the details of your project.. We’ll schedule calls and visits with you throughout those two years. During this time we'll visit your home and address any post-construction issues that may arise (ex: Paint touch-ups, caulk & grout touch-ups, testing smoke alarms, etc.). And of course- if anything comes up outside of those visits we’re only a phone call away.
