Most single handyman repairs run $150–$500. Grouped punch lists and small construction projects typically run $500–$3,000. Our rate is $75/hour with a one-hour minimum. You'll get clear pricing before any work starts.
What size jobs do you take?
Anything from a single repair to a full punch list. If your job turns out to be bigger than 'small' — a bathroom remodel, a room addition — that's fine too. We're a full-service contractor. We'll just move you over to our main operation.
Do you work in condos?
Yes. We're experienced with building access rules, HOA requirements, elevator scheduling, common area protection, and keeping the noise complaints to zero.
How fast can you get here?
