Send Photos & Get a PriceWhen a Job Needs a Licensed Trade
Some work requires a separately licensed tradesman — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing. We handle fixture swaps and light maintenance in-house, but when a job crosses into licensed trade territory, we bring in our trusted trade partners. Same people we've worked with for years on our large-scale remodels and custom homes. You stay with one point of contact — us — and we coordinate everything.
Work we coordinate through our trade partners:
- • Major plumbing (we handle fixture swaps and light maintenance)
- • Major electrical (we handle fixture swaps and light maintenance)
- • HVAC and mechanical
- • Roofing
- • Pest control
Real Work. Real Homes.

Here's What Small Jobs Actually Cost
We're not going to make you fill out a form and wait three days to find out if you can afford a drywall patch. Here's what most jobs run:
Our Rate
$75/hour
One-hour minimum
Handyman repairs (single items)
$150 – $500
Door hardware, drywall patch, paint touch-up, trim repair
Grouped repairs / punch lists
$500 – $1,500
Pre-sale punch list, move-out repairs, grouped maintenance
Small construction projects
$1,000 – $3,000
Rot repair, window replacement, deck repair, small framing
Every job gets clear pricing before we start. You'll see materials, labor, and exactly where your money goes — same open-book approach we use on our $500K remodels. No mystery markup. No “we'll figure it out when we get there.”

Three Steps. That's It.
Send Us the Details
Text us photos, upload them through the form, or just call and describe what's going on. Most jobs don't need a site visit to price — pictures and a quick conversation get us 90% of the way there.
Get a Price
We'll send you clear pricing, usually within a couple hours during business hours. If we need to see it in person, we'll tell you — but for most handyman and small jobs, photos are enough.
We Show Up and Fix It
We schedule the work, show up on time, do the job right, and leave the space clean. Most jobs are scheduled within 2–3 days of your first contact.
That's it. No six-step sales process. No three rounds of proposals. You've got a problem, we fix it.
We Work With People Who Are Tired of Chasing Handymen
Homeowners
You've got a list on the fridge that keeps growing. The trim in the hallway. The door that won't latch. The drywall crack from last year. You've called two guys — one ghosted, one never showed up. We'll actually show up, do the work, and cross it all off in one visit.
Condo Owners
You need someone who knows how to work inside a building — elevator reservations, COI requirements, quiet hours, the neighbor who monitors everything. We've done 30+ condo projects in downtown St. Pete. We know the drill.
Realtors & Property Managers
You need punch-list work done fast and done right because a closing date doesn't move. We get that. Send us the list, we'll get it priced, and we'll knock it out on your schedule.
Commercial Properties
Restaurants, offices, retail spaces — when something breaks, you need it fixed without shutting down operations. We handle commercial small jobs and ongoing maintenance relationships.
HOA Boards & Condo Associations
Common area maintenance, unit turnover repairs, and building upkeep from a licensed contractor who understands building operations.

Why Hire a Contractor for a Small Job?
Because the unlicensed guy from Nextdoor might fix your drywall — or he might cut into a load-bearing wall and ghost when the ceiling cracks. We've seen it.
Revolution Contractors On Call gives you:
Licensed and insured — Florida CRC1331628. Workers' comp. General liability. You're covered.
Real carpenters — not a guy with a YouTube education. Our team builds custom homes and does $500K remodels. Your door frame isn't going to stump them.
We actually show up — and we answer the phone. Radical concept.
Transparent pricing — you see exactly what you're paying for before we start.
A contractor you'll already know — when you're ready for a kitchen remodel, an addition, or a full renovation, you don't have to start the search over. You already know us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle basic handyman repairs?
Yes. That's exactly what Contractors On Call is built for. Drywall, trim, doors, hardware, paint touch-ups, caulking — we handle it all. The difference is we're licensed, insured, and backed by a full construction company.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Contractors On Call operates under Revolution Contractors' Florida Certified Residential Contractor license (CRC1331628) with full general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
How much do small jobs cost?
Most single handyman repairs run $150–$500. Grouped punch lists and small construction projects typically run $500–$3,000. Our rate is $75/hour with a one-hour minimum. You'll get clear pricing before any work starts.
What size jobs do you take?
Anything from a single repair to a full punch list. If your job turns out to be bigger than 'small' — a bathroom remodel, a room addition — that's fine too. We're a full-service contractor. We'll just move you over to our main operation.
Do you work in condos?
Yes. We're experienced with building access rules, HOA requirements, elevator scheduling, common area protection, and keeping the noise complaints to zero.
How fast can you get here?
We respond to every request within 2 hours during business hours. Most jobs are scheduled within 2–3 days of first contact, depending on scope and availability.
Can I just send photos instead of scheduling an estimate visit?
Yes — that's actually how most of our small jobs start. Send us photos and a description, and we'll price it remotely. If we need to see it in person, we'll tell you.
What's the difference between Contractors On Call and Revolution Contractors?
Same company, same team, same standards. Contractors On Call is our small jobs division — built to handle the repairs and projects that are too small for most contractors but too important to trust to an unlicensed handyman. When your project is bigger, our main operation handles full remodels, additions, custom homes, and commercial work.
Let's Take Care of It
Whatever's on your list — send us photos or give us a call. We'll get you a price and get it handled.
