END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any software, mobile application, or website services provided by Revolution Contractors, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use our software and services for their intended business purposes
• Access and use our website and related services
• Download and use our mobile applications on devices you own or control

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Revolution Contractors, LLC or our licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

5. USER ACCOUNTS AND DATA

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement

6. CONTRACTOR SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Revolution Contractors, LLC provides contracting and construction services. Our software and website facilitate these services but do not constitute professional advice. Users should:

• Verify all project specifications and requirements
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Understand that construction projects involve inherent risks

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVOLUTION CONTRACTORS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for our services in the 12 months prior to the claim
• Damages resulting from construction delays, material defects, or third-party actions

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolution Contractors, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through our services

10. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

We may:

• Update our software and services at any time
• Modify this Agreement with 30 days' notice
• Discontinue features or services with reasonable notice

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate your access immediately for violations of this Agreement. Upon termination:

• Your license to use our services ends immediately
• You must cease all use of our software and delete any copies
• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in St. Petersburg, Florida.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Revolution Contractors, LLC regarding the use of our services.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
