Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all onsite construction daily including subcontractors, vendors, and building inspectors
  • Utilize systems and software to drive project and company efficiency
  • Work with office management to order and schedule all materials, subcontractors, and vendors throughout project
  • Direct daily communication with active personnel on multiple jobsites
  • Assure safety and compliance on Jobsites
  • Work with owners and admins to facilitate weekly management updates and strategy sessions
  • Maintain jobsite documents
  • Communicate with clients regarding budgets, scope changes, etc
  • Deliver project on-time and within budget

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in construction related field/equivalent experience preferred
  • (5) years minimum residential construction experience
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and/or Google suite. Experience with CRM's or PM software like BuilderTrend, UDM, or Co-Construct is preferred
  • Experienced in project manager level scheduling with multiple jobsites and assets in play- critical path, gantt charts, etc
  • Knowledge of local building codes and construction methods
  • Strong organizational and management skills with demonstrable track record in supervisory position
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-motivated with extremely refined critical thinking skills

Compensation

  • Total compensation including base and bonus expected to be $65k-90k
  • Matching 401(k) @ 3%
