Responsibilities
- Coordinate all onsite construction daily including subcontractors, vendors, and building inspectors
- Utilize systems and software to drive project and company efficiency
- Work with office management to order and schedule all materials, subcontractors, and vendors throughout project
- Direct daily communication with active personnel on multiple jobsites
- Assure safety and compliance on Jobsites
- Work with owners and admins to facilitate weekly management updates and strategy sessions
- Maintain jobsite documents
- Communicate with clients regarding budgets, scope changes, etc
- Deliver project on-time and within budget
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in construction related field/equivalent experience preferred
- (5) years minimum residential construction experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and/or Google suite. Experience with CRM's or PM software like BuilderTrend, UDM, or Co-Construct is preferred
- Experienced in project manager level scheduling with multiple jobsites and assets in play- critical path, gantt charts, etc
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction methods
- Strong organizational and management skills with demonstrable track record in supervisory position
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivated with extremely refined critical thinking skills
Compensation
- Total compensation including base and bonus expected to be $65k-90k
- Matching 401(k) @ 3%
